Paul N. Johnson, Managing Principal [pnj@johnsonbutler.com]
Mr. Johnson is nationally recognized in the m&a field. He has assisted clients in the sale of businesses, buyer searches, and acquisitions for over twenty-five years. His prior firm, Paul Johnson Company, Inc., served as a foundation for building Johnson, Butler & Company. Early in his career, Mr. Johnson received broad operating experience as president of Great Western Research Corporation and vice president of Riverside Cement Co. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Harvard Business School.
I. Wayne Carter [iwc@johnsonbutler.com]
Mr. Carter contributes extensive operating and consulting experience, together with industry relationships. He was a partner of the Los Angeles office of Heidrick & Struggles for twenty years, where he focused on industrial manufacturing and technology clients. Prior to that, Mr. Carter served as vice president/ division manager of Mobex Corporation and vice president of sales and marketing for the Krueger Division of Lear Siegler, Inc. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Bruce C. Juell [bcj@johnsonbutler.com]
Mr. Juell is an experienced investment banker and operating CEO. He is active in raising capital and providing other assistance to emerging companies. Mr. Juell formerly headed the corporate finance department at Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards. He has served as turnaround consultant and operating CEO for a variety of companies including Great Southwest Corporation (Six Flags Inc.), KRATOS Inc., and Olson Farms, Inc. He has both engineering and graduate business degrees from University of Southern California.
Richard F. Siefert [rfs@johnsonbutler.com]
Mr. Siefert has been active in acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures throughout his career. He gained broad experience with PPG Industries and then served as vice president-corporate development for Acme General Corporation and Zimmerman Holdings. Mr. Siefert is also an entrepreneur having acquired an industrial textile manufacturer, which he operated for twelve years. He is a graduate of Purdue University and the Graduate Business School of the University of Pittsburgh.
